Billing v3
One place to manage your plan, add-ons, credits and invoices.
What’s New
A single Plan & Billing page
Everything to do with money now lives in one place under Settings → Plan & Billing, split into three tabs: Subscription for your plan, Credits for WhatsApp and Raven AI balances, and Billing History for past charges and invoices. There is no longer a separate page or flow for each task.
Plan changes handled in a secure Stripe portal
Upgrades, downgrades, billing-cycle changes, cancellations and reactivations all happen through one Update Plan button, which opens a pre-authenticated Stripe customer portal in a new tab. Card details are never handled by Revora, and the same button covers every subscription change — you no longer hunt for a different control per action. Changes take effect in Revora once the resulting invoice is paid; a change you schedule for the end of your billing period applies then, not immediately.
Add-ons that stack on top of your plan
Three add-ons can be bought on top of any plan: Additional Agents (extra seats), Additional AI Agents, and Additional Channels. Your limits are always what the plan includes plus whatever add-ons you hold, and they increase as soon as an add-on payment succeeds. A Growth plan with three included seats plus two Additional Agents gives you five seats.
E-commerce merchants can buy add-ons without changing their plan
If you installed Revora from Shopify, Salla or Zid, your plan is billed by that platform — and you can now buy add-ons from Revora as well. Add-ons are billed separately and never disturb the core plan: if an add-on payment fails you simply do not receive that add-on, and removing add-ons drops your limits back to the plan’s included amounts without affecting the subscription itself.
Feature access driven by your entitlements
What your team can see and use is resolved from your own plan entitlements rather than a plan label. When you upgrade or buy add-ons, the new access is applied as soon as the payment succeeds — there is no separate activation step to wait for.
Local currency for Saudi clients
Clients in Saudi Arabia are billed in Saudi Riyal through a dedicated Stripe portal, with the same plans and add-ons priced in SAR. Everyone else is billed in US Dollars.
Billing history and invoices you can retrieve yourself
The Billing History tab lists subscription charges and credit purchases together, filterable and paginated, with an Invoice action on each row that opens the hosted invoice. Charges are labelled by type — subscription, WhatsApp credit, Raven credit — so a line item can be identified without contacting support.
Before & After
| Before | After | |
|---|---|---|
| Changing your plan | Separate in-app screens and modals for upgrade, downgrade, cycle change, cancel and reactivate | One Update Plan button opening the Stripe customer portal, covering all five |
| Card details | Entered and managed inside the app | Held entirely in Stripe; card changes made in the portal are reflected back automatically |
| Feature access | Determined by your plan’s name | Resolved from your entitlements, so an upgrade or new add-on applies as soon as payment succeeds |
| E-commerce merchants | Platform-billed plan only, with no way to buy extras | Platform-billed plan plus Revora add-ons, billed independently |
| Seat, channel and AI agent limits | Set by the plan alone | Plan inclusions plus add-ons, recalculated on every successful payment |
| Currency | US Dollars only | US Dollars, or Saudi Riyal for clients in Saudi Arabia |
| Invoices | Requested from the team | Retrieved directly from the Billing History tab |
| Enterprise agreements | Handled through the same automated billing as everyone else | A dedicated manual billing mode, with plan and limits set to match the agreement |
How to Use It
Open your billing page
- Go to Settings → Plan & Billing.
- The Subscription tab opens by default and shows your current plan, its price and billing interval, and your next renewal date.
- Access is limited to the project creator with settings permission. If you don’t hold that role you’ll see a restricted-access message with a route to support.
If Revora bills you directly
- New accounts start on a 7-day trial, with the days remaining shown in the app.
- Add a card and choose a plan to subscribe. Adding a payment method ends the trial straight away, so add your card when you’re ready to start the subscription rather than at signup.
- To change plan, change billing cycle, or cancel, open the Subscription tab and choose Update Plan — everything is handled in the portal that opens.
- Buy add-ons the same way, whenever you need more seats, AI agents or channels. Limits rise once payment succeeds.
- If a subscription payment fails, the account owner receives an email and the account enters a 7-day grace period with full access retained. Resolve the payment inside that window — from the portal — to keep the plan. If it is still unpaid when the grace period ends, the account moves to Free, which allows two seats; team members beyond that lose access until you subscribe again.
If you installed from Shopify, Salla or Zid
- Choose and confirm your plan inside the platform — the platform bills your plan fee, and it appears on your platform invoice.
- On Shopify, the seat count you pick at confirmation becomes your seat base.
- On Salla and Zid, your seats are the plan’s included amount.
- Your plan activates in Revora automatically, and an add-ons-only billing line is prepared for you behind the scenes.
- Buy add-ons from Settings → Plan & Billing. These are billed by Revora and appear on a separate invoice labelled Marketplace Add-ons.
- If you change or renew your plan on the platform, your add-ons are preserved and your limits recompute as the new plan plus those add-ons.
- If an add-on payment fails, your core plan is unaffected — you simply don’t receive that add-on until the payment is fixed.
- If you cancel or let the plan lapse on the platform, add-on billing stops automatically and the account moves to Free.
If you’re on an enterprise agreement
- Your price, seats, channels, AI agents and billing frequency are agreed with the team, and your account is set to manual billing.
- Your plan and limits are configured to match that agreement. Automated card billing does not apply.
- Payment is by custom invoice directly, or by partner invoice through a reseller, at the frequency agreed.
- Plan changes, extra capacity and renewals are handled by the team rather than in-app. Any change made in the Stripe portal will not apply to a manually billed account — raise it with your account contact instead.
Buy or top up credits
- Open the Credits tab. WhatsApp credits appear once a WhatsApp channel is connected; Raven AI credits appear when Raven is enabled.
- Choose Add Credits and enter an amount of at least US$30, charged to the card on file. A payment method is required first.
- To avoid running dry, choose Enable or Configure on either card to set up auto top-up: pick a minimum credit threshold of at least $10 and a top-up amount of at least $30. Optionally allow a backup payment method, which needs at least two cards saved so there is a fallback if the default is declined.
- Use View Usages on the Raven card for a per-team breakdown of AI usage, and the WhatsApp cost calculator to estimate template-message spend before buying.
Get an invoice
- Open the Billing History tab.
- Find the charge — rows are labelled by type and can be paged through 25, 50, 100 or 150 at a time.
- Choose Invoice on the row to open the hosted invoice.
Summary of Benefits
- One page, one button. Every billing task starts in the same place, and every subscription change goes through a single control instead of a different screen per action.
- Capacity you can add yourself. Seats, AI agents and channels are bought as add-ons and take effect on payment — including for merchants whose plan is billed by an e-commerce platform.
- Access that follows your purchase. Entitlements decide what your team can use, so an upgrade or a new add-on applies as soon as the payment clears.
- Billing that matches how you buy. Direct card billing, platform billing, or a manual enterprise agreement — each with the right invoice, in your own currency where supported.
Availability
| Plan | Price per month | Seats | Channels | AI agents |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Growth | $149 · SAR 559 | 3 | 3 | 3 |
| Pro | $299 · SAR 1,129 | 5 | 5 | 5 |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom | Custom | Custom |
Prices shown are for the plan as listed, with the seats, channels and AI agents included. Additional capacity is bought as add-ons on top of any plan. Annual billing is available through the customer portal. SAR pricing applies to clients billed through the Saudi portal.
New accounts begin on a 7-day trial. Accounts that cancel, or whose payment remains unresolved after the grace period, move to Free, which allows two seats.
The Plan & Billing page is available to the project creator with settings permission. Enterprise accounts on manual billing view their plan in-app but make changes through the team.
