September & October 2026 Releases

Period: September 1, 2026 – October 31, 2026

Over the last two months, the Revora team shipped 43 features and improvements alongside 36 bug fixes — headlined by the general availability of the new AI Sales Live Chat with a shoppable home screen, cart and checkout inside the chat, WhatsApp usernames as a way to reach customers, custom roles and time-boxed support access, a cleaner redesign of Home, Settings, Customers, Datalab and sign-in, and support for Meta’s October 2026 WhatsApp pricing changes.

🚀 Features and Innovations

AI Sales Live Chat

  • The new Live Chat is generally available — The Live Chat widget for AI Sales has a fully refreshed look on desktop and mobile, its own channel card on the Integrations page, and a redesigned customization portal that opens almost full screen with Appearance, Content and Behaviour settings and a live preview. The footer now reads “Powered by” with the Revora logo, and you can turn off the welcome popup.
  • A shoppable home screen — Customers land on Popular Topics, Track Order, Coupon Codes, What’s New, Today’s Offer and Offers & Deals, so they can browse the latest products, check an order or grab a coupon before they type a word.
  • Shop and check out inside the chat — The AI replies with product cards, carousels, galleries and quick replies instead of long text. Customers can add, change and remove cart items in the widget (synced with Shopify, Salla and Zid), compare two or more products side by side in a table or attribute view, read Zid product reviews, and place an order: the AI shows the store’s payment methods and sends a payment link for non-COD orders, then tracks the order in a clear structured card. Asking about offers brings up discounted products and coupon codes.
  • Voice, images and smoother chats — Customers can record a voice message and have it turned into text, paste a copied image straight into the message box, see when each message was sent, and get a bubble with the unread count and agent details when a reply arrives while the widget is minimized. Voice messages sent from your Inbox now play in the widget, and the cursor stays in the message box after sending.
  • Clear handoffs — Customers see when a chat is reassigned (with the new agent’s name and avatar), resolved or answered by an away message, and agents see “Customer joined the chat” and “Customer left the chat” alerts in the conversation.
  • Follow-ups for quiet customers — When a customer goes inactive on a ticket the AI is handling, the AI sends a follow-up based on the conversation so far.

AI Sales on Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp

  • Carts on Messenger and Instagram — Shoppers can view products, add to cart, view their cart and get a checkout link inside Facebook Messenger and Instagram conversations.
  • Rich product messages on WhatsApp — On WhatsApp the AI now shows products as galleries (a single card when only one product matches), with quick replies and URL buttons.

AI Agent

  • AI Agents pause at zero credit — When your AI credit reaches zero, every AI Agent switches off and the tickets it was handling as first responder move to Unassigned so a person can pick them up. You’re notified, and the agents turn back on by themselves once credit is added.
  • Faster product search — Product Search can now look up to seven products in a single step, so answers about several products arrive quicker.
  • Disconnect a store from an AI Agent — You can now disconnect or change the ecommerce store (Shopify, Salla, Zid or WooCommerce) connected to an AI Agent.
  • Better answers in more languages — Knowledge in Bengali, Hindi, Tamil, Thai and other languages that use combining marks is now read correctly, and the AI picks up email addresses that appear as links on your website.

WhatsApp

  • WhatsApp usernames — Customers who message you with a WhatsApp username instead of a phone number are now fully supported: they appear in one conversation without duplicates, and you can message, block and bill for them as usual.
  • Share Contact Info button — WhatsApp templates now support a “Share Contact Info” button. When a customer taps it, the details they share are added to their profile, and their username shows in the conversation.
  • October 2026 pricing changes — Billing, alerts and the Cost Calculator follow Meta’s new WhatsApp pricing: service messages inside the 24-hour window are now charged after the first 1,000 free each month, the 72-hour free entry point is applied, and the calculator gains Authentication – International and Service fields. An Add WhatsApp Credit button in the Inbox takes you straight to billing, and WhatsApp Metrics shows how much of the monthly free allowance is left.

Roles and Access

  • Custom roles and time-boxed support access — Create custom roles from the available permissions instead of relying on built-in roles, and grant Revora support access to your team for a limited time only.
  • Billing and AI Agent permissions — New permissions let admins with the right role manage billing and AI Agents without being the project creator.
  • Disable a team member — Admins can disable and re-enable a member without removing them from the team; a disabled member is clearly labelled.
  • Admin events in Agent Metrics History — Reports › Agent Metrics › History now logs AI Agent updates and deletions, users being enabled or disabled, and custom role changes.

A refreshed Revora

  • New design across the dashboard — Home now opens on one summary row (Assigned, Unassigned, Unreplied, Online agents) with Channels and Agents tables. Settings uses one layout and table style on every page and asks before you leave unsaved changes. Customers has a filter bar, a new table and a side panel with contact details, attributes and recent conversations. Datalab lists labs as a previewed grid or a table with search, filters and sorting, plus a settings page with live preview.
  • New sign-in and sign-up screens — All sign-in, sign-up and password screens follow the new Revora design and follow your system’s light or dark theme.
  • Revora everywhere — Product emails now come from @userevora.com with Revora branding, app.myalice.ai now redirects to app.userevora.com, the Android and iOS apps carry the Revora name and logo, and the favicon stays visible on dark browser themes.
  • APIs moved to Settings — The APIs page now lives in Settings › Developers, next to Webhooks, with a redesigned editor. The old link still works.
  • Arabic layout — The Automation flow builder now reads right to left for Arabic teams, and popups, dropdowns, toggles, checkboxes and side panels across the dashboard mirror correctly.

Inbox

  • Easier-to-read emails — Agent emails show only the new text, with the earlier thread behind a ”…” button.
  • Hover shows the last message — Hovering a conversation card now shows the customer’s last message.
  • Order details in your currency — Orders in the Inbox show your team’s currency from Settings › General instead of always showing $.
  • Action memos for system-assigned email tickets — Email tickets that are assigned automatically now get an action memo in the thread too.

Settings

  • Keep feed and email channels open — Settings › Ticket Configurations has two new switches to exclude feed channels and email channels from ticket auto-closure.
  • Conversations View V2 is out of beta — The Beta label is gone from its toggle in Settings › Inbox Preferences.
  • Emails from your partner domain — The Chatbot Send Email block and SLA reminder and escalation emails now send from your linked partner’s domain.

Datalab

  • Shareable entry links — Open a specific Datalab entry straight from a link.
  • Read-only fields respected everywhere — Fields marked read-only can no longer be changed when an entry is created, not only when it is edited.

Mobile App

  • Bulk reassignment and Datalab on mobile — On iOS and Android you can select several tickets and reassign them at once, and create Datalab entries straight from a conversation.
  • AI Agents queue on iOS — The iOS inbox now has an AI Agents queue, matching Android.
  • Status Management on mobile — iOS now enforces the same rule as the web when going Away, and on web, iOS and Android going straight to Offline also requires reassigning your tickets first.

Reports

  • Open tickets from AI Insights — Ticket IDs in the Topic Breakdown table link to their Inbox conversation.
  • A clearer sentiment view — Customer Sentiment now shows the split of negative, neutral and positive conversations, with the change from the previous period.
  • Date range stays put — The date range you pick in Reports stays applied after you open a linked ticket and come back.

Broadcast and Billing

  • No card needed for postpaid broadcasts — Teams billed offline can create and send broadcasts without adding a card.
  • Payment Method tab — Plan & Billing has a Payment Method tab whose Go to Stripe button opens your billing portal to manage saved cards.
  • Faster marketing message sending — Marketing messages to Meta now go through a dedicated sender that controls the pace, for steadier, faster delivery of large sends.

Everywhere

  • Dismissible top banner — The banner at the top of the dashboard now has a close button.

🐛 Bug Fixes

Inbox

  • PDF attachments on email conversations now open in the preview instead of a blank page, for incoming and outgoing files.
  • Bulk actions now always confirm the action you just picked — switching between Assign and Close Ticket no longer shows the previous action’s message.
  • Single-select and dropdown fields in Form History no longer appear empty when you switch to Edit mode.
  • Abandoned cart messages now display in full, matching what the customer received.
  • The username now shows when a customer shares their contact information.
  • Text sent alongside a product carousel by the AI now reaches the customer, including for a single product.
  • A ticket reassigned from the AI Agent to another agent now leaves the sidebar straight away and appears at the top of My Assigned.
  • The Download button on video attachments now downloads the file with its original name.
  • Emails from custom IMAP and Office365 channels no longer arrive 10–15 minutes late, and email channels no longer disconnect because of expired sign-in tokens.

AI Agent

  • Image-only messages now reach the AI correctly.
  • The AI no longer lets its internal reasoning slip into replies, and no longer mixes raw structured data into answers on text-only agents or WhatsApp.
  • The AI stops replying as soon as a human agent takes over a conversation, and the “Getting your answer ready…” indicator no longer shows once a chat is with a human.
  • Tickets handled by the AI now close after customer inactivity on teams that require a tag to close tickets.
  • Text resources with no readable content are no longer marked as trained, and cloning an agent through the API now copies its full configuration.
  • Product links with a query string are now fully clickable in Test chat, and newly created ecommerce actions get clean names.
  • Product recommendations now respect the selected category and the “Prioritize Latest Products” setting.

AI Sales Live Chat

  • The first home message now shows after the pre-chat form for returning customers.
  • The typing indicator now shows for a new customer’s first message and stays until the reply arrives.
  • Mixed Arabic and English sentences now read right to left in Arabic conversations.
  • Website Chat Plugin names are capped at 32 characters both when you create and when you rename a channel.

Reports

  • Agent Metrics exports with Hourly Aggregation now include every row.
  • Agent Metrics “Replied” now counts reassigned tickets the agent replied to in the selected range.
  • WhatsApp Template Analytics no longer shows 0 for teams using co-existence.
  • In AI Insights, selecting a single day no longer includes the next day, and channel filters now carry through to ticket lists and All Tickets views.
  • CSAT now records the customer’s latest rating on WhatsApp when they change their answer.
  • Large report exports no longer fail or send duplicate emails.

Broadcast

  • Opted-out customers no longer receive templates sent through Broadcast.
  • Broadcast statuses no longer stay on “Queued” after a campaign completes.

Chatbot

  • Sequences connected to a User Rating block now run after the rating is given.

Mobile App

  • The Add Tags and Assign actions are back on tickets assigned to you, on iOS and Android.

Settings and Billing

  • Inviting team members is clearer: a typed email is added when you click Invite, and at the seat limit you see why instead of a disabled button.
  • The WhatsApp Cost Calculator layout no longer breaks, and the WhatsApp Edit panel explains why Save is disabled when the title is empty.
  • The low WhatsApp credit banner now shows even when the Facebook token banner is showing.
  • The WhatsApp automation Add Credits screen no longer says you’ll be charged from a card when none is on file.

Datalab

  • Importing data with values like “Infinity” or “NaN” no longer leaves the table empty.

Integrations

  • Integration cards no longer cut text short, and their option icons display correctly.
